Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh (HSS), USA volunteers and fitness enthusiasts from all across the nation began the sixth year of annual “Health for Humanity Yogathon” or Surya Namaskar Yajna (SNY) by offering 69190 Surya Namaskars in 88 different places from 27 states. In a nationwide wave or lehar, 1984 participants performed total 5322 sets of Surya Namaskar (13 Surya Namaskars per set) starting from the East coast and ending in the West coast between 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM local time.

Sixth Year of Health for Humanity - Yogathon!Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh USA (HSS) announces the sixth annual Surya Namaskar Yajna also known as Health for Humanity - Yogathon , to create awareness about Yoga and its advantages in achieving a healthy body, mind and spirit.
