Such experienced leaders with proven competence, experience and name recognition are assets to the party. Change of Utteranchal Chief Minister and removal of West Bengal BJP leader also were mistakes. Actually Ms. Raje’s question is relevant. “Why there is no leadership change at the top of the party?” My questions are, why not introduce rotating leadership at various stages of party leadership so that quality leaders with expertise in socio economic, political, scientific and technical knowledge could be identified? Actually people are sick and tired of BJP leadership at the HQ. We hardly hear anyone talk with expert knowledge in socio economic, scientific, technical, legal and administrative matters! First it lost the Parliamentary elections and state elections in various states.
