(Congress government in center and state are supporting to the anti – Hindu activities by Christian and Muslims everywhere. That is why except Hindus all other religions and sectors are becoming very powerful and aggressive in the country where majority population is Hindu.   Killers struck Abhaya in the head, says CBI

For the first time in the 16-year-long probe into the murder of Sr Abhaya, the CBI on Tuesday revealed that the nun was killed by striking her in the head with a blunt object at St Pius X Convent of the Knanaya Catholic Church in Kottayam on the night of March 26-27, 1992.

The CBI told the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Ernakulam that the three accused Church personalities had murdered the nun by striking her in the head with a blunt object at a narrow room adjacent to the kitchen of the convent. After committing the murder, the trio had thrown Sr Abhaya’s body in the well of the convent, the agency said.

Ranchi (Jharkhand): Controversial lines in a translated version of the Bible in Jharkhand rocked the state assembly on Tuesday, leading to an assurance by the government that the book would be recalled.

Chandresh Oraon, a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator, moved the motion to stop work in the assembly on Tuesday and demanded a debate on the lines in the translated Bible that call for destroying tribals' places of worship.

The book in Kuduk language, one of the main tribal languages in Jharkhand, has been brought out by the Bible Society of India (BSI).

The translated version reportedly says: "Destroy the trees and Sarna (tribals' worship places)."

"BSI has done a criminal act by publishing such derogatory remarks in the translated Bible. This is a conspiracy against the tribal society.

Varanasi (Uttar Pradesh): In ‘Matrudham’ ashram run by Christians at Chandmari, Hindus are being converted at large extent; but it is propagated by the ashram that Hindus are not converted and only guided in proper manner at the ashram. An experience of a seeker of state of Hindus assembled at the ashram and how they are being converted is given below in brief.

Every Sunday, hundreds of Hindus gather in ‘Matrudham’ to get rid of their worldly and spiritual distress which include problems in employment and business, ailments, possession by ghosts etc. There are two places of worship in the ashram. There is a belief among Hindus that if they drink water from the water tank filled with water in the ashram, they get rid of their distress fast; therefore, Hindus go there forgetting their deities.

 On the 23rd August, while doing pooja on Janmasthami, the most sacred day for Hindus, militant Christians entered into the Ashram premises at about 8.00 p.m. and pumped bullets from an AK-47 assault rifle on the frail body of an 84 years old Swamijee (Vedanta Keshari Swami Laxanananda Saraswati) at Jalespata Vanabashi Kanyashram in Kondhmal District of Orissa. After killing him brutally the Christian assailants have cut various parts of Swamijee’s body by chisel and axe, it appears. Along with him others who tried to rescue Swamijee got killed are Sadhwi Bhakti Mata who was in over all charge of the Kalyan Ashram, Kishore Baba, Amritanand Baba and a visitor guardian of an inmate of the school. The dead body of Matajee was also defiled by cut injuries which was most brutish and nasty.

 NEW DELHI: Looking low and dejected, a Church leader from Orissa warned Sunday that if the government failed to stop attacks on his community, Christians in the state will be forced to raise a militia for self-defence. "All that the governments have been doing, both in the state and at the centre, is paint an illusion. Beautiful, but hollow words is all they have to offer. It's been eight days and the violence continues. If such a situation persists, we will have no option but to form our own 'Suraksha Vahini'," the priest told IANS on condition of anonymity.

The priest, who is based in Bhubaneshwar and who reached New Delhi Aug 26, said he did not want to be quoted by name because he had already received death threats and feared for his life. He spoke in the church premises in the heart of the capital.
