He is the same rustic fundamentalist guy who called actress Shabana Azmi a nautch girl when she criticized Taliban while they were destroying Bamiyan Buddha statues in Afghanistan when they were in power. He always gave anti Indian statements and nothing better can be expected from him.He was silly who always protested against singing Vandemataram.Guys like him work against the nation flaming up passions and fundamentalism. He can not rise above narrow sectarian feelings.Even in those days, Indian govt failed to take action against this man for the fear of minority back lash. If any Hindu gave anti Indian statements he would been put behind bars immediately as Hindus lack unity and look other way with Ostrich attitude. We need strong politicians and administrators like Patel than the present abettors of corruption, scams, nepotism,group-ism,Back door entries into power, corruption ,scamsters and dillydallying figures without any clue occupying high positions and trying to save seat for dynastic succession and ,fit for nothing guys living in past laurels to lead the nation if nuts and clowns like Shahi Imam are to be set right by putting behind bars.Let Allah give him some brains and wisdom that he surely lacks.
