News has started pouring in. 51% FDI in retail sector is suspended, till the consensus is attained.
Temporary though, a victory is always welcome. CPI says its a virtual roll back. Agreed comrades. But the war is far from over. Its a fake truce. If the UPA plays any pranks, it is bound to invite another storm.
Why was the truce actually made? Was it to allow the parliament to function without frictions or to protect our retailers? Needs to be probed.
Anyways, lets pat our own back for having put up a brave fight and for holding our nerves together!
