Where are the young leaders?
Nothing against Anna Hazare, but why, even after more than 60 years of independence, we have not produced one single young leader the country can feel like walking behind?
Am I right when I think that our educational, social, cultural systems have produced only followers and no leaders in all these years? Where are we going wrong?
Same goes with inventors. We are awesome developers (think of IT), but why not inventors?
What keeps youngsters from emerging as successful leaders?
Stop 'Brain Drain' :-
1. Our country is not yet developed.
2. Its development potential lies in the hands of Youth.
But what are we doing??? In the name of persuing higher degree, deep
knowledge and standard market value; many of us are just flying
away...first for 4 years...extending to 10...then 20...then forever...
There is nothing wrong in seeking global exposure...but what is the use
of all money, all knowledge which does not develop ur
motherland???
Are we only concerned about money? our country do not want their money, we want their skills, their innovations, their knowledge. Let me give you an example, our ex-president Dr APJ Abdul Kalam, what would have happened if he would have settled abroad and have kept sending money back!! would we have got Agni missiles or Prithvi missiles or Bhramos which if one of the worlds deadliest and not even Russia and US have any close competitors to it.
If just one person can make this much of difference in the country, so just imagine what would happen if all the 34% Indians working with Microsoft and 36% Scientists working with NASA come back and work for India. US wont even stand in front of us.
For that matter…
lets wake up and start working for improvising the country’s situation.
ITS BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!!

YOUTH HAVE BECOME WISE.
Our talented men are running away from this land due to the policy of reservations in all sectors. They are disillusioned with our governors, political set up, leaders, corruption, red tapism, maladministration. They are disillusioned with criminalization of politics. It is also true that in west too corruption is prevalent, but it is not at lower or middle level. In India it is starting right from bottom to top. Therefore all talented guys go abroad first to study and then to settle down. very rarely few men return. Some return as they have daughters and they want to keep them away from the western life. On the whole youth consider India as a prison and want to escape from this life.Of course money also plays part.Nothing can be done. Dr Kalam and few more are exceptions. On the aspect of missiles and deveopment credit must go the entire team and not for any one individual with due apologies to Dr Kalam. It is not one man show.It was a group effort.Even in case of MK Gandhi, it happened. Freedom was gained not by one man effort, but it was due to the efforts of many great leaders of past who have gone into history unsung. But MK Gandhi has emerged as the super hero and named Mahatma and father of this truncated nation.
