Made snana, is a ritual where the devotees roll on the plantain leaves with the remainings on them, after lunch !! This is practiced in Kukke Subramanya temple situtated in South canara district of Karnataka.

Subramanya is a place which is not unknown to India, or for that matter, Indians abroad. Famously known for Naga(snake)devata, subramanya has a large following from cross section of the society, from all over India. It has even attracted prominent sports personalities and bollywood celebrities like Tendulkar, vivek Oberoi, Shilpa Shetty and many more.

For a couple of weeks now, there is a debate as well as a protest going on demanding the abolition of madesnana.

This ritual has no historical, mythological, social and moral importance. Even the dating cannot be done accurately as to when it all started. But the local elders quote two tales which ofcourse has no authentic records.

India on its way to an economic pogrom !

Instead of encouraging the enterpreneurial growth of self reliant India, visionless UPA is out to push retailers into a deathtrap.

Was watching how NDTV was manipulating or to put it ruthlessly trying to create sympathy or blushing aside the Noble Case of Afzal Guru, saying hanging him was inviting trouble in kashmir!! This was advocated by none other than the interlocutor to kashmir, Mr.Dileep Padgaokar. whatelse can be expected from him?

Parliament was attacked in 2001 and verdict was delievered in 2004, mercy petetion has be placed before the Hon. president in 2011. Look at the scenario. Session is on. Heated arguments over price rice and corruption. Congress ministers are in the line of firing. None to be spared. Sonia in deep isolation, deserting the great INDIAN NATIONAL CONGRESS and leaving it virtually on roads.

The government wants to divert the attention of the nation by raising the issue of Afzal Guru. It was never firm and clear on such issues and is neither now. will he be hanged? A million dollar question !!

There it is. Again. And again. And again.  It seems Maoists dont get nice sleep if they don`t see blood of innocent people. And to add to the taste, our great UPA government is in utter confusion and chaos as to who exactly is behind the massacre. Well, whoelse apart from the government itself.  Mr. P. Strange but true.  Kanu Sanyal the prophet of Naxalism hanged himself to death.  A cowardice act of the so-called fighter.  He could no more bear to see the road, his brain child (Naxalism) was heading towards.  Though not as a united whole, but in fragments it was heading.  It chose to differ paths after Charu Majumdar the Comrade of Sanyal.  Their comradery  and their pessimistic and a perverted ideology proved no good for anyone on this planet.  Infact they soaked, with their ideology led activity, half of India in blood and tears.  Chasing an unseen and unknown destination they landed nowhere.
