UnIndian Trial : Anti cultural verdict : Supreme court abuses Indian moral values - Indian law is insane !!!
Anti cultural. Apropos, the verdict given by Supreme court of India on premarital sex and live-in relationships is, to the core, ANTI CULTURAL, immoral and amoral.
“When two adult people
want to live together what is the offence. Does it amount to an offence? Living
together is not an offence. It cannot be an offence,” said a bench
comprising Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, Justice Deepak Verma and Justice B S
Chauhan.
There are several aspects going into the matter before verdict would be given. Let us see another quote by the bench of judges. “Please tell us what is the offence and under which section. Living
together is a right to life,” remarked the court. apparently referring to
Article 21 of the Constitution relating to right to life and liberty. The apex
court further said the views expressed by Khushboo were personal.
Firstly, the case referred to here was not about the fundamental rights of citizens. It carried the weight of the moral values of the most ancient country of the World.
Secondly, the case was put for Trial in India and not in US or UK. In India, moral and the societal values prevails and precedes the Constitutional law, unlike in west where morality is ovetaken by individuality. So the case was not seen in Indian context.
Thirdly, the crux of the issue is that the jury has taken shelter in Indian mythology, to defend their verdict. This is what they had to say :
even Lord Krishna and Radha lived together.
Before interpreting the mythology to support their judgemental arguement, the RESPONSIBLE bench of judges should have consulted the experts on subject. Now the intellectual insanity of our LEARNED judges is out on roads.
Lord Krishna was 14 years old when he left Gokul and Radha was hardly 12. They both never met in their lives ever after. Such childlike friendship is being interpreted in an UnIndian way. Disgusting. The name of Radha doesn`t appear in the original text of BHAGAVATAM (STORY OF KRISHNA), it is said that her name appears in the later years literature of folklore.
Those who endorsed the Anti Indian phenomenon have their laughs, for none other than supreme court has validated the issue.
Probably the law is waiting for some houses to get disintegrated and a few hundred girls to elope it seems !! It is evident from their ferocious arguement “How many homes have been affected
can you tell us,” court asked while enquiring whether the complainants had
daughters. When the response was in the negative, they shot back, “Then,
how are you adversely affected”?
Ours is a society governed by values not by law. Indian law needs to be metamorphosised in consonance with the moral values of the country. Today, Indian values have received a nasty blow at the hands of its own law and protectors. Three cheers !!!

The concept given by the
The concept given by the judges are right as everyone has right to live with anyone but this concept has been misunderstood by citizens. They are taking it as a pleasure which is ultimately spoiling the indian culture. A nice article with a great stuff of information, I really like that. Thanks for sharing this.

Dear friends, The court
Dear friends,
The court verdict from the highest one has endorsed the acceptane of premarital sex that automatically follow living together in Indian society. Many people must be happy about it. But as stated by others, it is a blow to Indian values. There can be a question. Does the verdict accept female or male prostitution in the society. why prostitues are then rounded up at various places by Police. Even prostitution amounts to happy sex union with willingness. Money part could be there.Let it be. With the new verdict, Indian values have been rubbed under the mat. As discussed, the question is not fundamental right. As parents can we allow this to happen to our own children.Craziness is going beyond limits. On one side Ram sethu was being destroyed and existance of Rama was under cloud and the wisemen in gowns never thought that religious texts speak about Rama. There is no consistancy in judgements in this country. Will Muslims accept the verdict. It alos applies to them. Will courts approve it for only Hindu society. No sane person will accept this. There is also a point. Morality is a relative word , a function of society. What is immoral to one society could be aceptable to another one and vice versa. The society in west is totally different. There are innumerable unwed mothers there. Pre marital sex and births of children free from wed lock are rampant. Even there, it is hated by many and looked down.Should we also run to fall into that category. There is a sure necessity to safe guard our values. Judgements can not be based purely on penal code. values also are required to be seen.our cockeyed society is struggling in all types of controversies and suffering too.

when court wants, they
when court wants, they reject the belief of Ram setu even if it is available in so called hindu mythological book 'Ramayan'and declare it as 'fictituos' but the same court when require to impose some unethical law to hindu society, then they take the example of the same mythology(that too wrongly understood by the court)! what a hypocracy!
r we based on our mythological books or traditional indian culture?
seeing the sequence of anti-hindu activities by govt. sponsored court, i can only tell any law against hindu moral or culture will be implemented in india and there will be no obstruction as there is nobody!
my only expectation is from Mr. Subramanium Swamy(it is he , for whom Ram setu not demolished till date!) and muslims organization if they object on this issue, this law will never ever will be implemented in india like the gay sex law!!!
