Vexing Muslim population and waning Hindu population
Lastly, there is the difficulty of peaceful coexistence with Muslim population. Islam entered India in 711 AD, when Mohammad Bin Qasim invaded Sindh, but Muslim population did not begin to increase until the 12th Century. At that time, the entire population was Hindu. Now the entire population of that region is Muslim. Muslim population began to swell in India only after the 12th Century. The explosive growth of Muslim population by forceful conversion, massacre, rape and slavery until the British East India Company began its inroads in India, the Muslim persecution of Hindus is quite well documented. Even after 1947, Muslims never stopped persecuting Hindus. They have proved time and again that they cannot coexist with people of any religion. How they make sure show that is by killing them. This was true especially at the time during the time of independence, when the minority Hindu population of almost 25% of Hindus in Pakistan and 30% in Bangladesh were either killed. Only a few economically better off people could escape into India. At the time of independence the Muslim population was about 6%. In 60 years their population is said to be more than 20%. Some estimate it to be about 30%.
