Honorable Law Minister has announced that the government will revisit the procedure for the appointment of judges in the guise that the judiciary is infested with corrupt men. On the contrary, Indian judiciary is filled with more honest men than the Indian political system is. Politicians, especially those who belong to the Congress party is by far the most corrupt in the Indian democracy. On the top of that list, sits the name of Congress High Command. The CBI, which ardently investigates corruption charges against other party leaders have not taken a step or said a word even when evidence is furnished against the Congress President. When law suits are filed in the Courts, the judges advise the litigants to be “generous.” Law Ministers earnestly search for loop holes to avoid investigation of charges against the Congress leaders.
