Fight against illegal conversion

Anti social elements take advantage of the fact that one cannot prove that “conversions were done using force, cheating, undue influence, fraud or allurement of financial considerations. In all such cases, it is a criminal offence. There is no follow up procedure to punish law breakers and political parties refuse to act on it because of their attitude to minority appeasement.

Government must legally control social behavior by enacting laws and amending the constitution if necessary. This is where the Congress party will prove to be a stumbling block. In order to avoid ambiguity laws must clearly specify what is against the law, what should be the penalty, how those laws will be administered and what kind of procedure will be followed in they enforcement of those laws. One cannot copy and paste foreign laws and apply them to India where certain sections of the community are aggressively pursuing Arabian, Roman and British social behavior, claiming divine sanction, at the expense of native social behavior which has shaped social life for thousands of years. If the government does a half hearted job with a view to appease minorities, anti social elements will find ways to circumvent the laws.

Hindu people have to take up this issue steadfastly. We must continue to pressurize politicians by asking questions at each opportunity and make them state their positions on the issue. Hindu society has been challenged and taken advantage of for more than thousand years. Change will not take place over night and easily. So we must become more forceful.
