Bofor’s case, CBI refuses to reveal info on 'Q' under RTI

The CBI, which has decided to close the case against Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi, has refused to reveal information about him relating to Bofors payoff case under the Right To Information Act on the ground that it will "impede" the prosecution of the accused ( report in the Indian Express).
What is your position CBI? If you are unsure why don’t you obtain an expert opinion? There are plenty of OB/GYN specialists in India! I recommend that concerned people file law suits against each and every government official involved in the case so that the people of India would get some idea about the truth of transparency in the dealings of government officials in the Indian democracy. This is how democracy is destroyed.
