This video that shows the sufferings of Hindus in Kanyakumari district. Indra colony consists of economically backward Hindus. There are 80 Hindu families and two Christian families. Hindus desire a small Ganesa temple. Christians oppose it. Christians have political and economic clout. Politicians and Government officials side with powerful Christian lobby. This is the heart-rendering cry of Kanyakumari district Hindus for their basic rights. If Hindus are not politically aware and socially integrated this will be the fate of Hindus everywhere in India.

In those villages were Hindus have been reduced to a minority they suffer at the hands of very brothers who were Hindus just the other day and got converted by fraud. The village deities are targeted and destroyed. Here is one such case

I cannot speak for local matters in Kerala, but in the USA we evangelical Christians respect the free speech rights and religious rights of all faiths. We Bible-believing Christians use words and an appeal to truth to convert, not coersion or bribes. We also do good for others of all faiths such as sharing food and healthcare. And most importantly we forgive those who violate our own rights. We forgive for the sake of our God.

That is why we have no Kanyakumari or Orissas. May God grant India peace among Sikhs, Moslems, Christians, Jews, and all Hindus.

Hindus in Kerala should unite to support these brave men and women who are upholding their right to worship their ancestral Goddess.

Christians have become emboldened because an Italian Catholic who is indifferent and perhaps even hostile to Hinduism is in power at the Centre.

Also, the money and support from the Christian evangels in the U.S. has emboldened them.

I am shocked to see this news that hindus are treated in this terrible way in their own country. Not even a religious procession can be taken through roads.. God is this Hindu majority country.The majority community are the sufferers in this country.Imagine if this happened with any other community the kind of news coverage in media and riots would have taken place.Just because hindu community is tolerant peace loving, other ppl are standing on heads of hindus.Kanyakumari and adjoining parts of trivandrum are fast becomming christian hub. Conversion is taking place in large manner of economically backward people.I wish the hindu organisation are aware of these issues and putting a united front against these atrocities.If we are not, then time is not soo far that hindus should get permission from minorities to take a festival procession.Hindus need to be more reactive and united.

The situation in kanyakumari is very real and tense. Hindus are on the verge of total collapse here. The Church is showing is its real face and wants to destroy everything related to Hindusim. It would have been better if Kanyakumari has a sizable Muslim population so that the Christian menace can be handled properly. In any case, Hindus should start avoid Christians. Hindus should not give jobs to Christians in hospitals, offies and wherever we can. Give preference to Hindus or if no hindus are available to Muslims.
