Ex-Communist Leader find solace now in Bhagvad Githa

Alapuzha: “From today onwards I will read Bhagvad Githa daily”, Says None other than Gowri Amma Ex CPM leader.

When
body and Mind feels tired, Githa will help me to revitalize myself just
like it revitalized Arjuna in Dharma Yudh says this 88 year old leader
who was once a hard core communist who even divorced her husband to
embrace the ideology she believed then.

A copy of Bhagwat Gita was handed over to Smt. Gauriamma by a follower during her 88^th birthday function at her home on Sunday.

Even the hard core leaders like EMS and Nayanar enouraged their families to go to temples . In reality these "RASCALS" don't have any ehtics . For their selfish interests they will even sell own mother and daughters. Unfortunately such "RASCALS" are prospering due to the selfish-inactivity of Hindus . It is time to follow Krishna's Geetha-advice "Fight against the Evil"
hari 23/06/2008 20:02:29	Let us take pride in saying wa are hindu It is true that the hindu belief is strong but lying dormant in all these hindu communists. But the lack of knowledge only causes them to remain silent. Once they learn it, they will loudly tell others ( or rather louder than the RSS people) that they are hindus. I personally have seen the hindu idols, photos and poojamuri in the homes of many so called communists.Let us mke them aware of our sanathana dharma. There is a small simple book namely" Sathyam Sanathanam" published by Amrithanandamayi mission costing only Rs 5/-. It contains ammas answers to the questions of devotees. All the questions are genuine questions of beginners and amma's answers are simple and very sensible to even illiterates. If HAV or some other parivar activists can take the lead and distribute it among them it will defenitely help. Also it would be useful if we can give it to shopowners and businessmen. There is chance that they will support this cause in the future. I personally purchased many copies and disributed it among many of my aquaintances and relatives.

Diehard atheist is one who will deny all para-normal phenomenon and a neutral one is one who will examine before discarding it blindly. That way, an athiest is one truly in quest of God. The respected lady has been taught more lessons by now by her own party about how crude men can behave in pursuit of materialistic goals. At the same time, awareness of mind over matter is something that occurs to any one at any age if mind is kept free from preconceptions. Mrs.Gauriamma has probably achieved that freedom now.

Keralite 23/06/2008 10:57:03	Day time Atheists! A new species in Kerala! It is all right with ex- communist leader. But some of the active local leaders are also doing the same. I have got an interesting experience in this regard. I went to the house of local communist party leader at 10'o clock in the night. The leader comes to house around 9'o clock after closing his shop. He has taken a bath, applied BHASMA, and was doing Bhajan at night secretly. This cannot be an isolated case. During day time, this man behave as an atheist!
