Yes,
offcourse India could have kept whole Kashmir with 90% Muslim
majority by force but the problem of Muslim atrocities on minorities
would just be a few times more!
 
I am not
saying that loosing the land was good but not bad either. As for other
Muslim majority regions of India like West UP, North Kerala and much of
East India there is no such problem as in state levels these are still
Hindu majority. But threat of Muslim majority looms large with low
Hindu birth rate and illegal Muslim infiltrations from outside the
borders.
 
In case
they become Muslim majority the Hindus there will be the first to
demand partition (which would not be good for India territorially) but
only way to save Hindu Nation. Afterall experiences of Pakistan,
Afghanistan, Bangladesh and even divided Indian Kashmir shows how
Hindus are not only tortured but hounded off to create Dar-ul-Islam.
 
Remember in
1946 in a survey conducted by Amrita Bazar Patrika, 99.5% Bengali
Hindus voted for Partition of Bengal & India to escape Muslim
atrocities.
 
Hindus and
Muslims never can live together as Muslims due to their excessive high
planned growth rate gradually become majority in erstwhile Hindu lands
and if Hindu Nation or Hindu majority India is to survive either
compulsory maximum 2 children policy (except offcourse twins) for
Hindus, Muslims and all along with Uniform Civil Code required or a
voluntary final partition by forming Dharmic Republic of Hindusthan
(not Islamic spelling Hindu-stan) carved out of Dharmic (Hindu, Silkh,
Bouddh, Jain jo apas mein hay Bhai Bahen) Religionist majority areas of
current India!
 
With most
top and middle ranking Indian Army officers in 1947-48 Kashmir War
being British along with many ICS and 'titular or not' Head of State of
India, British Crown - represented by Governor General Mountbattein,
Nehru could not escape the pressure as the Army officers were unwiling
to fight fellow British on Paksitani Army sides!
 
Also, there
were no Indian Laws as Constitution was not yet enforced till 26th
January, 1950 and old 1935 British Indian Act was followed! Canada or
Australia are till Dominions but don't rely on British Army officers
like Nehru was forced to in 1947-48 due accepting the British Indian
Army as the Indian Army which was his greatest sin!
 
So
according to you, killing freedom fighters and stopping advance of
patriotic INA of Netaji Subhas in East was a very nationalistic deed of
the Indian Army!!!??? Remember Pakistan under the cunning Jinnah
included all INA men in Pakistani Army to stremngthen it but in India a
Act was passed by Nehru by which Netaji photos are still banned in Army
Barracks and INA men were debarred from Indian Army service! However,
current Indian Defence personnel are patriotic and professional.
 
 
What did
BJP Govt for 6 years from 1998-2004 did to give justice to Netaji by
hindering working of Mukherjee Commission and to the Indians by making
Indian Army a true nationalist force currently divided into caste,
regional and  religious lines like Sikh Regiment, Jat Regiment, Madras
Regiment, Rajputana Rifles, Assam Rifles, etc?
 
Gurkha Regiment a foreign mercenary unit from Nepal is also there instead of which several young Indians could have got jobs!
 
We should
have disbanded this anti-national pro-British force in 1947 or 1950
when we became free as it worked to saboatge our Freedom Struggle
against their British Masters and made the INA of Netaji Subhas the
national military. However, we can still rectify the past mistakes of
our parents and grand-parents by emmulating the nationalistic
principles of INA of Netaji for our defence.
 

Why not
like China making Tibet Chinese majority we make Indian Kashmir Hindu
majority - Joint Autonomus Council for Jammu, Ladakh & Pandit be
the Hindu/Sangh demand in Kashmir like Bodoland Territorial Council in
Assam under 6th Schedule of Indian Constitution!

 
This will
be formed of whole Ladakh i.e, Leh & Kargil Districts, whole Jammu
division and Pulwama and Anantnag districts settled with all Kashmiri
Pandits. The capital of JAC (Joint Autonomus Council) be Jammu
comprising 75% area of J&K though Muslims are 67% majority in total
state under India.
 
Also Jammu and Kashmir be renamed 'Kashmir' state of India with permanent capital Srinagar.
 
Hence
Kashmiri Muslims will be stopped from settling in Jammu and Ladakh for
which Ladakh has become 49% Muslim (soon to be majority) and Jammu 35%
Muslim.
Later, 2
crore Roma/Gypsy Hindus of Europe (driven out 1000 years ago by Islamic
invaders like Jews) be encouraged along with 3 million tortured
Hindu-Sikhs of Pakistan to settle in whole of Indian Kashmir, specially
valley.
 
Also Himachal Pradesh can be merged with Kashmir to make it 70% Hindu majority.
Making
Srinagar permanent capital helpful to Hindu - As valley Muslims will no
more settle in Jammu or Ladakh changing their demography rather Jammu
Hindus working in Kashmir state govt and other Indian Hindus working
for central govt will settle in large numbers in Srinagar.
 
So, soon as
mentioned above more areas of Kashmir will be non-Muslim majority and 3
districts - Srinagar, Pulwama and Anantnag will become Hindu majority
as last 2 will fall in the autonomous council (mentioned in above
thread) settled with driven out Kashmiri Hindus!
