State’s development comes first , Not Minority Right - HC

Kochi

: State’s  development
comes first , Not Minority Right – Observed Kerala Highcourt.

High Court rejected the plea
of St. Therasas Convent and St. Joseph
school seeking stay over the proposed road widening of NH17 from Edapally to Muthukunnam.

The Christian body argued that
acquiring few cents of land for Road widening is the violation of so called Minority
Right envisaged by our Constitution!

State's development...
Excellent judgment. Such rulings should be made in connection with
thousands of mosques jutting into highways!

Pampered minorities !!!
In the Indian kind of secularism all the rights are for minorities and
all the duties are for Hindus. That is what our political parties do.
They have taken minority rights to absurd levels.

Hurray! High court is growing some backbone
In recent times the court system has been reduced to a puppet in the
hands of minorities, terrorists & Marxists. It is refreshing to see
some independent judicial activism on the part of judges & this
could eventually lead to the escape from the stranglehold of Kerala
mafia.
