Warning to Adv. Deshmukh for rejecting to argue Kasab’s case

Outcome of Congress’s leniency towards the terrorists
Amravati (Maharashtra): A letter of warning was sent to Deshmukh stating, ‘Do not turn back from Kasab’s case or else you would lose your life!’ Shri. Mahesh Deshmukh, an advocate from Amravati had accepted to argue Kasab’s case; but looking the fury of the people against his decision to argue for Kasab, he rejected the said case. Along with the letter he was sent a draft of rupees 2 and a half lacs. (The terrorists normally engaged in terrorizing people are trying very hard to engage a pleader for Kasab by hook or cook. It is not surprising if they are sure to win the case looking to the snail’s pace with which the legal matters proceed in Bharat. The day would be a happy day when the Congress Government would be serious about changing this situation! – Editor) Number of the said draft is 355166 and is issued on account number 527 from Cotton Market branch of State Bank of India.
Giving warning and inducing on telephone
Deshmukh received another warning on telephone from a Hindi speaking person who claims that he is the member of ‘Lashkar-e-Toyba’, saying, ‘Do not turn back. You would get more money too.’ He is getting such warnings on telephone. (How is the Congress Government always fighting with Pakistan verbally, going to accept this challenge? – Editor)

Shiv Sena attacks lawyer's house willing to take Kasab's case

Congratulations to Shiv Sena activists who took immediate action against anti-National lawyer!

Amravati (Maharashtra): About 100 Shiv Sainiks today attacked the residence of a lawyer, who showed interest in fighting the case of the terrorist arrested in the 26/11 Mumbai attack, Mohammed Ajmal Amin and ransacked his office.

Frezerpura Police said the activists, armed with canes, stormed the Vijay Colony-based residence of advocate Mahesh Deshmukh, who had shown willingness to fight the legal battle for Ajmal. (Shame on Lawyer Mahesh Deshmukh! Amravati Bar Association should ban Mahesh Deshmukh for practicing his profession!)

Police said the irate Shiv Sainiks stormed Deshmukh's office in his house and ransacked it. They damaged telephone and furniture and threw books and documents out of the house. They also damaged the two-wheelers of his tenants, which were parked in front of the house.

The Sainiks were against Deshmukh taking 'Vakilpatra' of Ajmal when the Bar Associations all over India had decided not to take up Ajmal's case. Deshmukh had sent his assistant to Mumbai District and Sessions Court today to request the court to allow him to meet Ajmal, who is in police custody, and express his (Deshmukh's) desire to take his Vakilpatra if he permitted.

The Shiv Sainiks also allegedly manhandled Deshmukh and a couple of cops present at the spot. The activists then went to the District and Sessions Court here, shouting slogans and waiving flags.

They met the office-bearers of Amravati Bar Association and requested them to take action against Deshmukh who was "acting" against the decision of the Association.
