Namo Narendra Modi - Despise him, but you can not ignore him

Sun, Sept 18 2011   Narendra Modi is one of the controversial and polarizing figures in the present political discourse. The rise of this small town boy from Vadnagar in Mehsana District had been remarkable in the Indian Polity. A strong organizational man from RSS, Modi was the National Secretary of BJP in various states until he took over the reins of Gujrat in October 2001 from Keshu Bhai Patel.

Development:

The Rise and Rise of Anna.

Today is 15th Aug 2011, 65th Independence Day of Bharat, and we as a country are locked in a huge debate about constitution, democracy and corruption.

Leading this debate are two icons of today's Bharat, Sri Manmohan Singh Ji and Anna Hajare. The debate had been marred by the deafening silence of the Manmohansingh Ji and the brutality of his government against the people leading the anti-corruption movement. Amusingly the Constitution and democracy had been used as a shield by his government, giving the parliament, unfettered and unchallengeable powers.

Tehelka, and there stings

Again its Tehelka, and there stings. God knows what point they have proved by having a sting against Muthalik. These stings anyways ends up giving him legitimacy. One thing that they have certainly proved that in Bharat you can coerce people by bribing them, deviate them from there proclaimed ideologies. Anyways Paisa Khuda to nahin, par bhai, khuda se kam bhi nahin - Dilip singh Judev once said in a similar sting by tehalka. There is price for every head.

It takes us to another fishy thing, is it not true that Tehelka is out there with there bags full (off course with money) to force people into coercion. Yes, money is powerful and its power is well known, and offering money with an intent of creating coercion is a crime. I had seen that video, and it was the tehalka guy who offered the money, and it was not Muthalik who demanded  it. If they will offer 60 Lakhs to a beggar, then probably he will also commit the crime.

RSS, the Secularist Left and the Fascists.

Of Late to call RSS Fascist, has been the favorite propaganda of the communists and other so called seculars. I will call it precisely the policy of Spit and Run, so you don’t need to prove any thing when you are confronted with facts.
.
In order to understand RSS, we probably need to read the vision with which Doctor Ji/ Guru Ji / Dattopant Ji Thengdi/ Yadav Rao Joshi/ H.V Sheshadri Ji and millions of unknown swayam-sevaks have contributed to build this organization to serve our mother nation.
.
We need to understand, it was Nehru Ji, who despite having differences invited RSS to the republic day parade after 1962 indo-Sino war. We need to understand, when Guru Ji died, both houses of the Indian parliament condoled his death, including Late Smt Indira Gandhi. I am not sure how RSS became Fascist then?

Why I am a Hindu ?

A lot of people say that, they want to make Bharat a Hindu rashtra. Do you really think that by winning just an election we can make bharat a Hindu Rashtra?

Let me think about this, the first question that comes to my mind is, Why I am a Hindu ? What makes me a Hindu? Is it my parents or my Grand parents who makes me Hindu, or is it my country of origin which makes me a Hindu. But there is a dichotomy, What about all the westerners in Iskon and other Hindu movements across the world, who claim that they are Hindus.

Padma Vibhushan To Nirmala: A Mockery.

Padma Vibhushan To Nirmala: A Mockery.

I am really not amused, when Sister Nirmala is going to get the Padma award on Republic Day (26th Jan 2009), recognition by our government for the evangelical activities of Missionaries of Charity (MOC).  The cacophony of this announcement had created mental agony, a deep sense of anguish.  It’s like awarding the church for enacting there medieval form of justice and killing anyone whom they perceive as threat against their aggressive proselytizing tactics.  This announcement may please their political masters from Italy, but this will have a far reaching implication and will not act as a bridge in our society.

Nano : Who is the Culprit ?

Nano : Who is the Culprit ?

The pain of Bengal is really evident during the present Nano crisis. Relocation of Nano project had created a sense of hurt within the Bengali populace. Most of my Bengali friends have expressed there anguish over this move by Tata’s. The first question that I asked to them, who is responsible? Is it Mamata Benerjee as advised by Ratan Tata/ the CPM politburo or is it the continuous left rule from last 30 yrs or the culprit may be Buddhadeb himself.

My Reply: Stop the politics of division: Shashi Tharoor

With reference to Shashi Tharoor's article 'Stop the politics of division' in TOI on 12th Oct 2008

Dear Shashi, Let it be very clear we are not against Christians, the majority community feels threatened because of the aggressive proselytization technique used by the missionary. There is no point being an ostrich and ignore the simmering discontent in our society. For the wider welfare of the society it is better to recognize a problem and work towards solving it. There is no point in hardening your/our stand.

Death on Indian Roads.

Death on Indian Roads.

I am really sad, one of my friends died in a road accident. In last couple of years I had lost many of my friends and fellow swayamsevak's to these accidents. All these people were young educated people, who were either the sole bread winner of their family, or were students. When India boasts about its young population, how we can compensate for this gross national loss. There is a lot of talk about terrorism; it is unfortunate that people have lost their lives due to terrorist attacks. But I want to talk about another kind of terrorism, the terrorism perpetrated by the corrupt state against its subjects.
