At present every country has identity by religion whether an Islamic country or a Christian Country or Buddhist country etc. Even secular countries also identified by religion. These countries constitution follow according to their majority population of religion's faith and belief. India is having majority percentage of population are Hindus but our country is not following Hindu religion constitution (Hindu Dharma Shastras)but following a hybrid constitution, which is not suitable to the Hindus. Our constitution is saying that India is a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic country. If we study history of Ancient India, we come to know since ancient times our country has been following the present preamble of our present constitution. In olden days our laws were according to Hindu dharma shastras and those Laws were rigid. Present laws in our country are more flexible and different to different religions and different from one state to another state and from one region to another. We Hindus must have identity by country,by Law and by religion. Our constitution should be according to Hindu Dharma Shastras only and modification may be done according to present day situations. Irrespective of religion a citizen of India, first he is a Hindu later his faith and belief in his religion.
