Respected Friend,
Because, Koshi river replaced its path after about 200 years thus people do not know how to manage with Flood here.
About 4 Million people are in hands of God.
Rescue works should be in First priority. Relief works should be in secondary.
Relief works do not need expertise but Rescue works need expertise and experiences to work in Floods.
NGOs can not work Rescue works because for last many decades NGOs have been working in Relief works from outside secured or less damaged areas.
None organization of India can say that it can send hundreds of human assets as expertise for Rescue works.
Thus we need to take help from local community people, who have been doing in Rescue works in last annual floods of North Bihar.
Few days ago, one army boat was sunk in Koshi River and about 10 army men died. After that accident, army stopped to take risks. Thus millions of people are in wish of God for their lives.
It is good that organizations are requesting from PM for tax deductions in Relief works.
Organizations and individuals should also force to Governments for Rescue Works for people of inner areas.
Hundreds of thousands people can be saved by using Helicopters and heavy boats only.
If we will not save the lives of our families then to whom we will distribute Reliefs.
We have human assets, we can arrange more than 1000 active, committed youth for 3-4 Flood suffered districts from local communities.
We are ready to work with any sincere organization without following or giving priority any organizational/ individual/ by-laws/ rules-regulations/ mechanical processes.
We are already working but if we will work together then efficiency can be of many times more.
More than 50% population of Flood suffered areas is very poor and had houses of mud, bamboos and straw.
Now there are not any traces of hundreds of villages.
We can not imagine damages of lives, animal and economics.
Love,
Vivek

Subject: Flood updates No-2
Respected Friend,
For flood relief works. About 500 youths from our team friends are working actively in Madhepura and other districts. About 150 youths are working in Madhepura district only.
I am not sure for data of deaths but I am sure that deaths are minimum 50,000 till now.
Govt claims only 76 deaths.
I am in continuous touch with local social activists of various places of Flood suffered areas. They have seen thousands of dead bodies with their own eyes.
About 4 Million people are in still in speedy flood streams. Govt claims only for 2 or 2.5 Million people. Millions of lives can be saved by using helicopters because of high speed flood streams.
Big boats are hardly 50 in the area. Small boats are not capable to move in speedy flood streams.
90% animals have died in Flood suffered areas.
The data of Flood suffered areas District and Block wise.
District :: Number of Flood suffered Blocks / (Total number of Blocks)
Madhepura :: 11 / (13) (Worst)
Supaul :: 5 / (11)
Saharsa :: 4 / (11)
Purnia :: 4 / (11)
Araria :: 3 / (9)
Katihar :: 4 / (16)
We are ready to provide you all help in your efforts to support for flood suffered people of Bihar. Either you can come to flood area, we will provide you all human assets and you can give your supports with your hands or you can send money and our friends can provide supports on behalf of you and your group.
Your each penny will be spent for needy people. We have FCRA and 80G.
Please inform us by which way you would like to provide supports.
Food, Temporary shelters, milk for small babies, medicines, vaccines, boats and helicopters (to save Millions of human lives) etc types support can be provided.
love,
vivek
