Dear Ruchik,
RSS ideology is nothing but the ideology of sanatan dharma .You can read Bhagawat Geeta ,vedas ,Upanishads etc to learn sanatan dharama.
To get an idea about the sangh ideology ,you should read " Bunch of Thoughts " which is a collection of speeches delivered by Poojaniya Guruji Golwalker ,the second sar sanghachalak .RSS has a publication division which publishes books related sangh and it's ideology. You may also read " Organiser " an english weekly and " Panchajanya " a hindi weekly published by sangh .Both the periodicals are available online.
The best way to know RSS is by getting associated with it's activities.
