Inclusive Hinduism

Dear Friends,

I have been watching the downfall of hinduism for a long time with the fall of great leaders from their respect.

For instance, take the case of Sankaracharya of Kanchi Mutt arrest for alleged murder case.

How many hindu followers have come to the streets to protest the arrest, whereas a smalltime political leader' arrest evokes strong protest like hartal and courting prison by his followers. I think Sankarachary must have millions of followers.

WHY?

Hindu religion is in the grip of a single community, ie brahmins. There should be democracy in hindu religion.

Apart from brahmins no one is worried about what's happening for hindu religion, since majority of the caste hindus are not included in the mainstream hinduism.

No major seers or swamijis are visiting and preaching in slums, no nonbrahmin archakas (though qualified in agamas and sastras) are not allowed.

In Chennai Parthasarathy Temple around 80 non-brahmin people were trained in agamas and other day to day temple rituals by senior swamijis and they got them qualified and are now ready to perform archaka profession and the Tamil Nadu Government has given appointment orders to these people, but case has been filed in Supreme Court citing that only brahmins are eligible to be archakas and the case is pending in the court.

In my opinion there is a planned conspiracy not to include all the Hindus (whether Upper caste, BC/SC) to participate in the mainstream Hinduism.

But when there is a problem for hindu religion we expect everyone to come to the rescue.

Bible and Quran available in local languages, what about our scriptures, do translate in local languages and disseminate the knowledge to everyone, then we could witness the rapid growth of our Hindu religion.

This is not to hurt the feelings of our brahmin friends, just i want to reflect the obtaining reality.
