Law shall take it's own course - is the sermon often repeated by the 'holier than thou' politicians whenever a corruption/criminal case erupts. During the PV Narsingha Rao's regime, the law took it's own course to the 7, Race Course Road where he resided himself during investigation into the JMM bribery case. Then, the law teetered to death !!! INDIAN LAWS DO NOT TAKE THEIR COURSE. THEY ARE MADE TO TOTTER TO DEATH. GOVERNMENT AGENCIES PARTICULARLY THE CBI, ARE MOSTLY IN THE FOREFRONT TO ENSURE THIS HOLISTIC, DEMOCRATIC TASK !!! CBI have been berated several times in so many quarters, including yesterday's severe condemnation by the Supreme Court. SITUATON IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING, TO SAY THE LEAST. DO WE REALLY DESERVE SO MUCH FREEDOM IN THE NAME OF DEMOCRACY ?? SHOULDN'T WE SWITCH OVER TO 'CONTROLLED DEMOCRACY' ??? ANY GROUSE IN THIS REGARD ???
