(i)Why hasn't the government openned up sufficient no of KV's( open for all) with quality education so that people don't become prey to the private schools who are charging enormous fees with many a times no teacher in particular subject for months in the school.
Promise everybody that you will open up large no of KV schools ( open for all)even if in small building in different localities. e.g. IX,X,XI, XII IN ONE BUILDING V,VI,VII in nearby building because instantly big spaces will not be available. Reduce the annual fee to max 3000 / year . Admission strictly on the basis of distance from the school. Teachers will be recruited through many exams and GD
to check communication skills. Remove B.ed compulsion. Rather, those with skills of teaching would be given degree after two years of teaching job with min leaves.
Every wants to be free of clutches of the private schools but
make computer education compulsory for all.
The examination system / schedule schould be common in all the classes and in all the schools. If possible class IX and class XI papers schould be conducted by the board so that schools don't get the chance of leaving the syllabus incomplete.
Make History subject optional from class VII,VIII. IX ,X. No body likes filthy history of mohammad ghori being taught , written under the guidelines of congress or british.
Instead of history the options should be:
biography of Sir A P J Kalam, even Dr Manmohan Singh as a RBI governer , Homi jahangeer Bhabha, C.V Raman great economists of India, Great induatrialist like Dhiru Bhai Ambani, Vijay Malya etc
OR THE technical options should be voacational courses e.g
plastic moulding basics.
Basic of making machine tools Dyes etc ( theoritical)
How to start small scale industry.
Using various machines drilling , grinding , welding (theory only for juniors)
Pharmacy courses for those having interest in Bio
Basic of all the ITI courses should be started from class IX,X.Practicals in class XI XII sciences.
and after XII promise to give one DIPLOMA in one branch of interest.
In literature make our great indigenous writer Munshi Prem chand's translated english text complulsory for all with brief knowledge of foreign writers.This will be true patriotism.
