This is really good and welcoming idea which i have thought for sometime but finally you are doing it.Great all the best. I have one suggestion for this,since we need big money and some advertisement i think people in RSS who has good influence with BJP MPs can get some help in these aspects. BJP as a national party will definetely have some money i believe.It may not be a direct sponsorship.

Get BJP 2 sponsor al tat is needed afteral,it wil be an increase in vote bank 4 them as wel.There are engineers and so on in sangh parivar who hav offered 2 even quit their jobs 2 promote hindu dharam and spread awareness of hindus plight,wel,take them up on those promises.All must be pro-hindu.

Gud.Now take action on those suggestions becoz without action everything becomes meaningless. Another gud idea is 2 target hindu youth in chatrooms who r obsessed with internet.

It is in the interest of Bharat ,its richest culture in the world and world itself if its champion RSS or Sangh Pariwar start a TV chennel. It is the desire of millions of Hindus all over world. I pray all of you to come forward and make practical suggestions and offer your contribution so that it may be materialise soon.

Lets be smart, at initial stage itself dont declare that it is a RSS channal.
Due to political crap, our Indina Peoples thinking have changed, if we call it RSS channal, then, only those people will watch this channal who have respect for RSS.
Just begin it with some news channal.

Ive been looking the last few days for a place to post my observations of events taking place but havent found a place

the only online text news that I have found are Haindava keralam, HinduJan Jagruti and Sarve samacara. But I could not post on any of them. the first 2 are good commented ones and the 3rd is just mirror to the hogshit news thats available.

I have sevaral news waiting to be sent in for such a news site - dont have high speed internet so wouldnt be participating in the video news BUT HEY !!!!!! Have a site with both TEXT/RSS feeds and same site with the video news too!!!!!!

A nationalistic and Hindutva channel is long awaited by everyone.
Not only RSS but as Hindu Svayam Sevak Sangh(HSS) needs it. The viewership will range from nationalists in India to Hindus all over world.

I would suggest having the online version as soon as possible. People overseas should be able to view Sopcast, TVUViewer, or other P2P software. Currently we see hundreds of Christian channels broadcasting and strengthening grip on converted people.

Effort should be made that all Hindus in Akhand Bharath(from Gandhar to Bali) get a chance to see and understand the Sangh viewpoint. What is Hindutva? who is a Hindu? whats common in us? What is the history of Hindu land? such topics should be repeatedly shown.

The TV channel would be taking us to next level. It will unite the Hindus under one umbrella. It should intensify and strengthen the propagation of Sangh ideology is purely nationalistic.

As we speak I think the only Hindu news website present is Haindava Keralam. My opinion is that all interested should consult with those . It is the only website where one can presently read about Orissa events currently in a non sickular way(though delayed by days)

Volunteering means starting to do something with what you already have not discussinon.

With respect to the person who wrote this topic – thank you for starting these discussions, but you have not even written your role. Which shows unseriousness and waste of time.

My opinion is that concerned volunteers contact the bhais of Haindava Keralam and it should be discussed how perhaps their current news reporting activities may be placed under a different label and the video news channel added to the website.(as a youtube channel or I don’t really know how exactly. That’s when you start discussing volunteers doing videos.

Further I opin that the involment is of a editor (of content) and video editor (basic)
Anybody should be able to send in news clips which would filter through the editors and published.

My own participation would be as a co-editor of TEXT news. I have a slow speed and high cost internet which disables me from videoing.

When wishing to make a “” Hindu”” channel we must break down the issue. Hindu is a un-useful word and idea. Sanatan dharma (the closest valid word) is very complex and branched that a single channel is impossibility in presently all these facets in a neutral way. I personally would not watch such a channel as I should be firm on my own path. Some guy speaking the ideas of his path, another glorifying his Maha Mandalesvar, etc.

A news channel is different I fully appreciate hearing and seeing the accomplishments of all facets of Sanatan Dharma and also unhappy in hearing of the problems being caused to it.

I am already working in the media field as a motion graphic expert. I am ready to join sangh's news channel.

I urge the sangh leaders to talk to some sangh-favoured industrialists and big-shots to fund and launch a free to air channel. There are many channels ready to launch in Andhra Pradesh. They are mostly Congress and TDP channels. Whats wrong in having a Sangh channel?

This is a brillant idea. Hindusim must conter all the Chiristian / western propoganda. It would enrich, refresh and encourge all Hindus. I am sure it will keep not only all Indians, but all the world updated wth the news "as is" rather than a "biased and censored report". As much as I would prefer this to be a VHP support channel, I would prefer the funds come from private sectors who I think will willingly support it to promote Hinduism.

Although I appriciate the concern, my question is Why BJP/RSS who govern so many of Indian states and have so much of power and influence do not spend some efforts to buid a much needed media channel.

Why are BJP politicians only worried about their seats and power. Why are they not doing anything to push the Hindu point of view and protecting the image of Hinduism. Are they not answeraable to us Hindus who go and vote for them. And now we hindus have to make a onine channel to support these greedy fools.

Even during Amarnath agitation it was the common Hindu who rose without the support of BJP/RSS

Very good Idea, but already late, now it is essential,because most of the channel and news papers are run by pseudo secularists. I fully support this move and ready to help this move. I think there are millions of sangh sympathisers so financial is not a problem but will power is needed.Any way I will fully support and help this move.

Better late than never. Entire set of TV channels are manufacturing and manipulating the public opinions, confusing them. All this is perhaps a part of a greater gameplan of the organized religions to destroy what accordng to them is paganism i.e.Hinduism.
Hindus need to realize that we need desperately a politico cultural channel which is not anti-Hindu at least. The sooner it happens the better

AbhiGupta is right.Hindus must have their own good channel.It need not be 24 hours affairs with painful repetitions, but a simple format of interviews and " on the spot" reports files by Hindus from the places of events.
These days ,operating a channel, should not cost much.RSS or its affiliated organisations should not be the owners of such a " peoples' channel" It should be run as an independent,autonomous channel, supported by all Hindus.
