because India(congress govt.) wanted to prove to international community that in this incident, only pakistan is involved!

if Indians(likely to be muslims) were proven guilty, india(congress govt.) wud have lost face to the world about indias false claim on terrorism involving only pakistan!

as such, due to this unholy intention, india(congress govt.) intentionally made the case of these two muslim accused as weak and made no further arrest!! if kasab wud not have caught by Late SHRI TUKARAM, nobody was arrested in fact as an accused for such big incident where 166 innocents lost lives!!

do u think that there were no real accused in india? do u think that it was done by only pakistani?

if CCTV footing was not there, kasab also wud have been aquitted!

evidence against Kasab was overwhelming, so he could not be acquitted.

The other two accused are Indians, not enough publicity of how exactly they helped the Pakistanis, so it was easy to acquit them.

Public procecutor Mr. Ujjwal Nikam was talking big big things when the trial was going on. He will bring every body to justice. But he could bring only Kasab under justice and the other two escaped. Even a child will say that Kasab is guilty ! so, there is nothing that Mr. Waste Nikkam did.  In case he could have proved the role of the other two then one can say he did something. Hence i would like to say empty vessels make much noise like Mr. ujjwal nikam, I mean Mr. waste Nikam! 
Actually , punishing them would make our minority community unhappy.

everyone was concerned about KASAB and that oppurtunity govt. & its court representative have taken!!

it is impossible that without any indian help, they have executed this major incident!!

moreover, what about the other nine terrorist who were killed? we do not know anything about them!!

it is funny that by sitting in india, they accused another 20 pakistani national but they cud not find any indian muslim link!!

if this is true, then pakistan has really waged war against india!!

then, what is ur next step against pakistan? to send another dossier??

if it is done by pakistani, then it is against the whole nation! then, why a indian minister has convinced kasab to retract his earlier statement? that minister , politicians , have they not acted as 'deshdrohi'??   

another question is, why police had arrested such so called innocent persons(fahim & sabauddin) ? have they not found any other indian link for such a major incident?? what is the big historical in this judgement??   

I know, nothing will happen to kasab also!! He will continue as ‘celebrity’ in India and for his maintenance , another several crores of public money will be wasted!! If he gets life imprisonment , then  after maximum 5 years, he will be released due to his extraordinary good behaviour!!

and if, by chance, he gets death penalty, then he willl never ever be hanged !!! Moreover after this verdict, there is high court, supreme court where this case will be freshly presented and finally, there is president mercy petition where the file will never reach to the president!!

and at the last, during his luxurious stay for the above punishment, some flight will be kidnapped and he will be released honorably by giving him probable 'Bharat ratna' award!!!though, u may find my comments as joke, but unfortunately present indias' condition is nothing more than a joke!!!   

Now, If u (hindu) make much noise over this verdict, I know, they will catch some hindu terrorist(!) to mum the majority like all other blasts! So, we can't shout also!! This is the situation of India now! The so called biggest democracy!! i am feeling shame, do u??
