I am lot surprised why varun is so special?

Hate speeches are not new in nation politics; there is a long list from Abu ajami to Balasaheb (political fight), from karunanidhi to Raj Thakare(regional aspiration), from Imam Bukhari to acharya dharmesh(religion specific) and now from Imran Kidwai (congress) to Varun (BJP).

Then what make varun so special that before confirming whether CD is true or doctored all jump to conclusion…………..

Varun:- If we see this name there is nothing special in it and if we see the life time work then also you will not find any thing much noticeable which will catch all nation eye then What made varun gandhi so special that………..

1)     In Indian History first time that before coming court results he is considered as culprit and who me be supported him shown as a communal?

2)     In Indian History first time a person who blamed as a suspected; ordered to prove he is innocent rather than police and EC proving he is a culprit?

3)     In Indian History first time EC become so forensic expert that before giving CDs to forensic lab, they are sure that CD.s are not doctored.

4)     In Indian History first time EC is in so hurry in taking in decision that they worked over time on non working day Sunday and given there observation.

5)     In Indian History first time EC given suggestion to a political party not to put a specific candidate, without any investigation.

6)     In Indian History first time EC become so kind for some party (BJP) that giving suggestion what is good and what is bad for their future?

7)     In Indian history first time all media want a person to be thrown out of politics on suspicion basis, when 100 of tented and convicted candidates are fighting election and becoming ministers.

8)     In Indian History first time a person is labeled with crime of spreading of riots; who is already in police custody.

9)     In Indian History first time NSA is revoked on only one speech and a small riots in one city where only that person supporters are injured and no police person or so called another community persons are injured.

10) In Indian History first time clashes between police and some group rather than considering demonstration said as riots.

11) In Indian History first time NSA is revoked when some rally is carried out, when daily rallies are carried out with Pakistan flag in Kashmir.

12) In Indian History first time so tough action taken and Govt is so careful about National security when Afjal guru like terrorist and sanjay dutt like anti national are enjoying.

I am just surprised who is this varun and why he is so special that he become the first person in Indian History to face all this, why he is so special that from national govt to state govt and from EC to Media want to hang him without caring for law of land.

This is not his name but his surname which caused this all History writing Incidents.

“Gandhi” surname is always crucial in Indian politics. So Indira Ji became “Gandhi” and Priyank Vadra after Marriage also proud to be known as Gandhi rather than vadra. Mahatma Gandhi means Mr Mohandas’s surname “Gandhi” is cashed by congress like any thing, its Mahatmas fight for freedom and goodwill created in hearts of Indians, is always used by Congress as a main tool to gain a power. Till Sanjay Gandhi was alive there is only one capable successor of Gandhi name and so obvious no one has claimed any right on it. But after Sanjay death, Rajiv was not active in politics and so Maneka Gandhi come ahead but as this is not acceptable to Indira that time PM and Sonia Current congress head, Maneka is thrown out of congress politics and not only from politics but from Family also (This is a legacy of Gandhi- Nehru family who always speak on empowerment of ladies and not able to give justice to widow daughter in law also. This is the standard of politics played by such a great family), After this India’s most powerful family injustice Maneka try to take her fight ahead as a Independent but congress was lot powerful on that time and Maneka as a female and without any political support just got limited to Pilibhit Finally in 2004 after Maneka Joined BJP but this time congress was not in position to counter maneka and there is no reason for that as NDA was lot powerful, congress not dreaming also to come to power. On second side Sonia already became the Boss of congress, but after 2004 unexpected power gain made sonia and congress party to dream to move ahead Yuvaraj for PM post. Congress leader openly started claiming, so called NCP like anti sonia partys also started Nodding their heads. But for yuvaraj PM plans has a real threat in future from another Gandhi Family, now varun got the support of powerful BJP so varun is not Helpless like Maneka in past, Varun also has that Magic surname which Rahul carries, where as Rahul carry that Rajiv legacy who is not at all a first choice of congress or India but a compulsion of vacuum of politics because of sanjay and Indira Death which absolved Rajiv, where as Varun carries a Legacy of powerful sanjay, who established Him on his own work, so Varun obviously has more fire. Congress is not so powerful to suppress the Magic of another Gandhi. Rahul has a figure of Foreign Gandhi where as Varun carries an Indian Brand.

As congress already declared that 2009 is just a semifinal and so they happily Declared Manmohan Singh as a PM candidate as getting power is not sure and if got also that will be again a multi party govt where congress and PM will be not having any power but in 2014 Congress is planning to go alone by taking Yuvaraj Rahul ahead to claim a parental Crown of India, but if this time Varun able to show his presence then for Yuvaraj Rahul 2014 will be not so easy fight, as seeing Rahul on Congress front BJP can Move ahead Varun and In this Case Gandhi VS Gandhi fight will not be easy for congress. Congress is always depend on Gandhi Name emotional appeal and if Varun is on next front Congress this main card will go waste, also no ground work, foreigner image will be negative factor for Rahul, where as Varun can make ahead cunningness of sonia and injustice for Maneka as main tool.

Considering this future threat I think Congress is in so much hurry to throw out Varun out of politics that Manu Sanghvi like senior leader without speaking a single word on speech matter in first few Hours declared that “Varun is a Gandhi by Birth Accident”, is Rahul also not same or we can say Rahul is Gandhi by love accident of Rajiv. By this statement it is clear that congress is trying to show Varun as a fake Gandhi and only congress Gandhi’s are real and authorized Gandhi’s. Later on series of statements started coming from Farqu Abdulla to Priyanka Vadra, every one is trying to show that Gandhi’s are so great and they are shameful that one Gandhi is given this speech and media started showing “Saffron Gandhi”, some started naming Varun as Feroze Varun Gandhi rather Than Varun Sanjay Gandhi, I never know from when in India grandfathers name are used in place of fathers name.

After this entire media, congress and other UPA member bashing, this is the turn of Congress loyal Mr. Navin Chawla and his team of EC to create one new History by announcing that “EC is sure that CD is correct as they seen it many time”, so in future we don’t need any forensic test in any case our EC can do all investigation by their X-ray eyes and we need not any court as EC will do that work. In this all hurry I think EC forget that work of EC is conducting fair election and not hanging people, if EC find some one guilty of breaking Model code of conduct then they can just refer case to police and police will take action as per law of land; case will be run under court. Declaring a person as a culprit or innocent was never a work of EC but ignoring all this responsibility given by constitution of nation EC just blindly declared Varun as a Culprit and BJP as a player of conspiracy and slapped notice on them. When this card is becoming a headache for EC, they come up with a new brain storming Idea that “Varun must prove him self Innocent”, this is a big joke and First time told in Indian history, EC again in hurried forget that till someone found culprit cannot be punished whether he is guilty or not. So many criminals fly free without any proofs even they are culprits. Think the situation if Varun submits a fake certificate from some forensic lab is EC going to accept that. This is the duty of Police and Court to prove that Varun is culprit and not of Varun to prove that he is innocent. After all this joke I think EC is in the Mood of creating world records of foolishness and showing that they are bias so they taken one step ahead and Suggested BJP not to give ticket to Mr Varun Gandhi, I am again lot surprised from when EC become “Election Consultancy” from “Election Commission” , if it’s a advice to maintain the welfare of Democracy then why such Advice not given to BSP who filed 24 criminal candidates who are convicted for crimes from Murder to rape this people not only given speech to cut hands but they actually cut the hands, same goes with SP where around 6 candidates including Sanjay Dutt who is convicted in anti national activities, I think in this all shouting congress forget that Azhar like corrupt and Sajjan Kumar like sikh killers are not only member and contesting elections but also ministers of UPA govt then forgetting range of this criminals why EC want to give suggestion to BJP only for Varun, if EC giving the suggestion for BJP welfare then also EC is bias and favoring BJP. But behind this all suggestion there is a high moral ground drama to pressurize BJP from giving ticket to Varun so that Make Varun also help less like Maneka in Past and destroy his political career before it start.

When Congress, Media, EC and UPA allies created history of taking many steps for first step in Indian History its BSP’s candidate of PM, Mayawatis turn to jump and create new History and as usual Mayawati played a Master Stroke by applying NSA (National security act), again may be my ignorance but I never know Pilibhit is a Nation, This law is used in that situation when a particular person becomes a threat to national security, is India’s national security is so loose that a 29 yr boy without any backing of any militant group or any armed force by just one speech can become a threat to national security, Ya at the time of IPL we shown that we are not able to provide security to a game also but till I have belief that our security forces are capable and so Pakistan like dangerous neighbors also cannot create a threat to national security Or this law is for those terrorist which kill innocents and get involve in anti nationals activities and current laws are not able to handle such situation but is our laws are so useless that they cannot handle a simple case of hate speech.

What happen in Pilibhit? Small clashes between police and Varun supporters in which no policeman got injured or no one got killed or no big incident in which public property got destroyed but Varun few supporter got injured so considering Indian nature of democracy and politics I don’t think this is a big incident, neither there is any demonstration for Varun all over India nor even in UP or Villages near by to Pilibhit, then what made Mayawati to think that Varun become the threat to National Security and NSA slapped on Him. If we see past few years’ state govt and center govt is lot soft in taking action whether Its Raj Thakare or Indian Mujhahidin terrorist NSA never revoked. Even in Mayawti party ticket list 24 are hard core criminal politicians are there, best example is Mukhatar Ansari who is a convicted Murderer and even involved in Mau riots Hindu Killings, even High court also rejecting this person plea to permit Him for contesting election then how can Mayawati taken this person in his party and giving ticket also. But carefully seen slapping of NSA is also because of same Gandhi surname of varun. Even though In state Mayawati won the state election that was only by boundary majority and SP and BJP are never out of race in UP. If results are seen carefully it’s a small margin of votes on each seat and so any issue here and there and Mayawatis all game plan will spoil, after all this media bashing Varun become a hero and In UP one leader can make big changes and if leader with Gandhi name come to game then nobody can predict the result. As allover India accept Punjab BSP vote share is decreasing so Mayawati played same game of politics of Vote Block for which she is famous, in last election she joined Brahmin with Dalit and this time she want to add Muslim which are more closer to SP and congress and here come the NSA stroke, the massage for allover India Muslim that she is a strong supporter for them but till why NSA because she can easily achieve this by slapping many other laws but why want to create one more history by slapping NSA. Reason is quite clear that she don’t want Varun with new hero image and Gandhi name to come out for campaign in other part’s of UP. UP is always a very politically sensitive state whether it’s a issue of Hindutva, Cast or Minority appeasement you will get result very soon. BJP ride on Hindutva and become successful and Kalyan Become CM, Mulayam Ride on Minority appeasement especially Muslim appeasement and ruled state and then Mayawati came with cast card and got the power. So mayawati know very well that if these new Gandhi campaigns all over UP then again her cast card will collapse by united Hindutva so by slapping NSA she achieved two goals. 1) NSA means Varun will be in Jail till NSA committee doesn’t give report which will take minimum 3 weeks means almost 50 seats of UP will go under poll and if this committee not withdraw NSA under any pressure then minimum 3 months varun will be behind bar means new govt will be in power. If its any other law as no proofs Varun will be out at least on bail, today court given Varun already bail in 2 cases. By creating NSA history Mayawati made sure that No varun in UP campaign and Varun Factor will be restricted to Pilibhit. 2) If till Varun factor cause some up move of BJP votes in UP then by slapping NSA like harsh law on Varun, Mayawati made sure that hardliner Muslim vote will swing to BSP side.

So fear of spoiling of future plans of  Madaam Sonia for yuvaraj Rahul and Madam Mayawati for Delhi Raj made Varun So special……………
