jai bharat mata, jai sree RAM. i think that the setusamudhram as build by rama and his friends should be preserved as a historic site and not to destroy it for a ship channel which can also be build through another path. there should be a strong objection to this move by the govt and all the people means who understands and keep values for our culture should be awaikened or informed in any sense. le t it be the privilage of swayam sevaks to be the part of this mission. a land like our india which was one day and will be the guru or leader for this whole world, should have historic evidence to show off that our gods existed and still existed.

Ramsetu ke raste, Bharat-Srilanka keval 30 KM ka rasta hai, jisper yadi train chalai jave to matra 20 minit me Rameshwaram se Srilanka yatra ki ja sakti hai. Ram Setu lakhon varsh purana hai, isliye train ka bhar asani se vahan kar sakta hai - aur is tarah is 'upekshit' sanrachna ko vancchit samman bhi prapt ho sakta hai. Sath hi train chalne se Bharat-Srilanka vyapar sasta aur bahut aasan ho javega.

It is shame for us to live in India in a such a situation,What sonia & Manmohan with the help of Lalu is trying to do.They are forcing us to become terrorist,they are attacking our herritage.They are croosing all the limits for mere muslim votes.I donot have words to even talk about such people.We should also become like LTTE or sikhs.

This is highly shameful for all Indians specially Hindus that our elected politicians/ministers are saying that Lord RAM was not there so there exists no relevance of the existence of RAM SETU because they didnt found any proof for that. Indirectly they are trying to clean off the Hindu religion from the root level.
Do we Indians or Hindus really need to give proof for our Lord or existence ?
Moreover when VHP,BJP and other parties are showing there opinion then Media is saying that these parties are trying to encash Hindu emotions again.
When there was no Lord RAM then there should not be any Lord Hanuman also ?
If RAM SETU is demolished then it would be a slap on the whole Hindustan and Hindu community.
Also in future this Central Govt will say that there was no Lord Krishna, Lord Shiva etc.

Dear Sir

Why Sangh says this thing that Demolishing of Ramsetu can become the cause if tsunami and thorium Bhandar can be stolen.We say that Ram setu is made by bhagwan Shree Ram so it should not be damaged. Do we say that all nature, sristhi, Rivers, Mountains have been made by bhagwan Shree Ram. If yes theb those should not be damaged.

Second, we say that Bridge was made By Bhagwan Shree Ram while that was a bridge which was swimmed bridge.But this Taapu is standing on the land of Sea.

Kindly do't spread over the misconcept of Astha and Sampardayikta

can you please tell me what has india got to do with Ram? even if for a second we believe that Ram ever existed, which is highly doubtful, going by your own research it was possibly millions of years ago when from what i know, there was nothing called india on the world map.

please do not confuse religious fundamentalism with nationalism. and it is best to treat Ramayana as an inspirational story and nothing more.

In my view, as ASI/geologist suggest, if this formation is due to waves in the area, it should be much lower or may not be in existence around time (may be seven or more millenniums) of so-called RAM's existence. Then how Walmiki, the saint, who was more then thousand miles away in North, have imagined the existence of so-called formation. Thus, the existence of this formation is the proof of RAM's existence. What more proof we need for RAM's existence? HE is in heart of more then 800 million Hindus.

I wonder, how much research either ASI or other should have done for so called concrete evidences? Our so-called secular Government has no interest to invest in such things.

But it could not be the formation due to waves as ASI proposes. Waves can not built formations in the sea. " Waves normally ERODE formations or structures. Waves do not build the structures. If formations were due to waves, why only between Kanyakumari and ShreeLanka? Why it’s no other place along Indian coastline?

May be at the time of Ram, when He wanted to cross the sea with his military,
this natural formation (Ramsetu), may be in pieces, running over the sea and his
military using it as foundation, fill up the gaps with rocks available on the shore and
build the Setu (bridge). Thus, Setu should have been created between India and ShreeLanka to cross the sea.
Now as the gaps were filled up with only loose rocks (as cement was not there
at that time, so one cannot get archaeological evidence of that infrastructure), with passing time, waves had not only tear apart the infrastructure but also washed its natural foundation. Thus now, after so many millenniums, we see the formation under sea."
And as matter of fact the Hindu faith/culture is based on that, it is foolish to look for archaeological evidence.

Now in case of affidavit, if that can be changed at will, what is the reliability of an affidavit? If original affidavit is a lie, then what weightage one can give on revised affidavit; [may be another lie]? Because revised affidavit can be RE REVISED and so on.

Now let us think environmental, economical, social aspects of this dispute. Every world organizations reports future water shortage in the land. Even some suggest there may be wars between nations for water. Why we should not think of RIVER GRID PROJECT instead of such disputed project, which can hurt millions of our citizens and divide the nation on religion bases.
For our country with RIVER GRID PROJECT, not only it will give ample water for our agriculture economy base nation, we can make most of the states, as well as citizens interdependent and with that we would unite them.
Also we should think of building a bridge between India and ShreeLanka using this formation. That will be better economical advantage and benefit to Tamilnadu and Shree lanka, both.

There is another geopolitical perspective. That relates to the existence of 32% of the world’s reserves of thorium in just three villages south of Rama Setu (details provided below). If these thorium reserves get desiccated and go into the ocean through a future tsunami funneled through the channel passage, India will have to continue to depend upon purchased uranium from NSG countries. The accumulation of thorium placer deposits is emphatically due to the existence of Rama Setu acting as a cyclotron against the clock-wise and counter-clock-wise ocean currents depositing Th-232 on the coastline lands. Thorium is also found in ilmenite sands. Th-232 + a neutron yields U-233 and India is ready with a reactor to produce electricity directly using a thorium-based breeder reactor. Maybe, this causes jealousy among some of the countries of the nuclear club.Thorium deposits in Kerala (Aluva, Chavara), Tamilnadu (Manavalakurichi)Some quizzed questions??
Q. Why NASA published photographs of This Setu or so called adams bridge.
Ans. Actually ,America’s interest is nuclear fuel & it was mapping thorium
reserves in world which lead to this place full of thorium ie. 32% of world
reserves. Accidentally this photograph was leaked & controversy aroused.

Q. Why is America so much interested in nuclear agreement with India.
Ans. India is in research stage for thorium based reactors & USA wants to stop it because once thorium is used as fuel why will India use uranium
which it will have to procure from other countries like Australia, Canada in
which USA has its interests. That’s why USA wants to divert attention of
India from thorium to uranium but showing, as if though they are doing
India a favour by giving special status rather than it is their interests that
will be served in long way.
