need of capital punishment
here i have read some where that some people are saying that we have no rights to take the soul of "innocent human"...
forgive me if i have used harsh wards,,,,
If they are "innocent humans" then why they have to put bombs on the railway stations and hotels... have u all forget about the "mumbai bomb blast"..have u all forget how many of your brothers and sisters died on that day...
how many of u remember "ohmble" ,the police man tried to catch terrorist "ajmal kashab",but every one of u know who is kazab..
this bloody government spend lots of money to guard him......one day he also going to appeal ," i am an innocent" please release me from this prison..some people will talk about human rights and will release him...again he is gonna put bomb on you head...
please remember indians ,you don't have your own hindu nation..when u gonna get that...you won't get that until u are talking about human rights and the criminals are innocent....stop talking like this, be rude on criminals,they should die,,,,
government or court is not going to offer that capital punishment to the small crimes such as violation against road rules,theft cases... for that kind of crimes only forgivable and the criminal should allowed to become good...human rights and innocence should stay in this border only...
just understand "bhagavat kita" clearly and understand what "krishna" did in mahabharatha war....evil thing is always more stronger than good things...if devil is coming to kill u..to protect your shelf and to protect dharma u should kill that devil...that is also dharma.....as a pure hindu u should understand this...

MISGUIDED SOULS
Dear subramaniji,
It was good and convincing too to those who are pleading that no one should be hanged even if he commits murder willingly with planning. These misguided self styled Gandhians have to have some introspection.They must come out of hallucinations in which they are submeged. Remember how Americans hunted for Laden and just think how every day they are targeting militants. We need to do such things relentlessly if terrorism is to be wiped out. In fact we have more enemies in India with in than from outside.Think of Bhushan who wants to give away Kashmir. There are many such guys. No one cares for Pundits who were driven out after they lost many family members. Women were abducted and criminally assaulted.The self styled peace lovers and pseudo apostles are doing more damage to this nation by their misguided sympathies to the blood thirsty creatures called jihadis. they must die at all costs.

I agree that it is not their right, and completely inhumane(taking life of Innocent people).But then that is the religion of demons. how Is it good ? to taking god's work in our hand , After looking Heinous activities of others. And particularly when we (Hinduism) verify the reality of existence of God are the in the world, and telling myself to be religious.
Death on the battlefield is a different thing . When Criminal standing in front of us we are able to punished him in any way then we should avoid sin by giving his life and should choose optional punishment like Life imprisonment etc. no any great Man or great religion advise us for capital punishment..

death punishment will make a fear in criminals or terrorists mind! for example, i take myself, if there was no death punishment, i wud have killed many pseudo hindu! so, as i got the reason to continue with death punishment, then how is it with islamic terrorist?

The death penalty does not solve any problem. And in our history there is no any example of such a sentence. And Hindu-dominated country (India) in the execution of this is very embarrassing. We do not have the right to take a life. And most countries have not recognized it.
HANG CRIMINALS WHEN REQUIRED
When MK Gandhi was killed by Nathuram Vinayak Godse at Delhi in 1948, the tempers were very high.It is learnt that MK Gandhi preached that even enemies should be pardoned. But once he was killed, his killer was not pardoned or sentence was reduced to life imprisonment. The trial was quickly done and he was sent to gallows along with Narayan Apte.One must read Nathurams book why I killed Gandhi which was got published by his brother Gopal Godse to know the truths behind his actions. Godse appealed that no one should appeal for mercy for him. He willingly claimed gallows and had no repentance for the deed..No one craved for removing death penalty from the country where Gandhi lived and practiced.Why show sympathy to the murderers and grave criminals? Hang them fast and do justice.
SENTIMENTS HAVE NO VALUE
Although your views are respected, only sentiments will not solve problems.Our Past kings adhered to code of conduct in wars and lost the wars against Muslim invaders who had no scruples.It happened with all past Hindu kings.Capital punishment has to be there and can not be abolished. Do terrorists have right to take lives of innocent people across the globe?They have been killing without respite. There is no doubt that our past noble men like Lord Buddha and Maha veera preached that even an enemy should be respected and pardoned. This weakness has been exploited by others and we are facing great threat to the nation. Therefore capital punishment has to be there.
